This Privacy Policy describes the information collected when you use our products. By using our products, you agree to this policy. 1. Information we collect when you use our Games

You consent to us collecting the following information, including both Personal Information and non-Personal Information:

· Information We Collect About You. When you use our Applications, we may collect and store information from you directly. For example, when you register with us, we may collect certain information from you, including your name, email address, username, nicknames and passwords, and social networking and open market usernames and information, including profile pictures, images. Once registered, you may also have the option of completing a user profile.

When you contact us, we also collect certain Personal Information in order to be able to respond to you.

· Your Contacts. We offer you the ability to locate, invite, and play games with your contacts. To do so, ENPV1 may request access to your address book or social networking accounts. We will ask you for your permission before we access and store your contacts.

· Your Device Information. When you use our Applications on your mobile devices, such as a phone or tablet, we may collect information regarding your devices, including your mobile unique device identifiers and Internet Protocol (IP) address. We may also collect the name you have designated for your device, the device type, the name of your mobile network and mobile provider, and the country from which you connect.

· Your Location. In order to allow you to use the location-based matching feature available in some of our Applications, we may track your location.

· Technical and Usage Information. When you use our Applications, we collect technical and usage information such as your browser type, browser language, referring and exit URLs, platform type, interactions with other users, and usage statistics with the Applications, such as connection times and download records. · Download and payment information: We collect information on what games you download and payments you make to us.

2. Collected information may be used in the following ways

(A) REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

(i) to create your profile and so you can access our Products;

(ii) to identify you when you sign-in;

(iii) to give you access to your user preferences;

(iv) to contact you for your views on our Products;

(v) to notify you of changes or updates to our Products;

(D) FEEDBACK / SURVEYS / USER RESEARCH:

(ii) to record comments and information which you provide on our gaming forums;

(iii) to conduct analysis and research to improve and develop our Products.

(E) THIRD PARTY INFORMATION:

(i) to enable us to provide tailored offers to you;

(ii) to facilitate sharing on social networks;

(iii) to facilitate your gameplay.

(F) INFORMATION FROM PUBLICLY AVAILABLE ONLINE SOURCES:

(i) to understand the community sentiment about our Products.

(G) INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS:

(K) INFORMATION FROM LIVE-OPS SOFTWARE:

(i) to provide certain in-game features and functionality.

(L) INFORMATION FOR USER ACQUISITION AND CORE / CUSTOM / LOOKALIKE AUDIENCES:

(i)to acquire new users for our Products, to measure the performance and effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and help us build Core, Custom and Lookalike Audiences for analytics and marketing purposes.

3. When we share information

We may share the information we collect about you (subject to necessary security, contractual and transmission safeguards). Below are some of the partners with whom we may share your personal data:

(a) user screening for internal functions of the application;

(b) third-party platform operators, such as Apple, Google Play, and other partner products that conduct various activities and services to support our products (collectively, "Platform Operators");

(c) advertising partners who serve advertisements in our products.

(d) marketing partners for marketing or promotions based on your communication preferences;

(e) in the event of a business reorganization, sale, purchase or joint venture affecting our business, the new owner or reorganizing entity and its advisers; and

(f) law enforcement agencies/authorities, when we are obliged to or authorized by law for law enforcement purposes.

Your personal data may be transferred to other countries where SEGA or its service providers maintain operations. These countries may not have equivalent data protection laws to the country from which you access our products, but we will ensure that we rely on appropriate safeguards.

4. Children

Unless stated otherwise for a particular Service, children are not allowed to use the Services, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from them. We define “children" as follows:

Residents of the UK: anyone under 13 years old.

Residents of the EEA: anyone under 16 years old, or the age needed to consent to the processing of personal data in your country of residence.

Residents of the Republic of Korea, anyone under 14 years old.

Residents of other regions: anyone under 13 years old or the age needed to consent to the processing of personal data in that region.

5. How long we will keep your Personal Data

We keep your Personal Data for as long as we need to provide the Services to you and fulfil the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. This is also the case for anyone that we share your information with and who carry out services on our behalf.

When we no longer need to use your Personal Data and there is no need for us to keep it to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, we will either remove it from our systems or anonymize it so that it can no longer be associated with you. When removing Personal Data, we will take commercially reasonable and technically feasible measures to make said Personal Data irrecoverable or irreproducible.

We operate its services globally. To the extent permitted by applicable law, your personal data may be transferred to and stored in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States, for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. The data protection laws of these countries may differ from those of your country.

If we transfer your personal data from the UK or the EEA to another country (including the US), we ensure a similar level of protection for your personal data as the UK or EEA (as applicable) by ensuring that at least one of the following safeguards:

Your personal data is transferred to countries that the European Commission (or the UK government, if you are located in the UK) consider to provide an adequate level of protection for personal data as the UK or the European Economic Area, as applicable.

We use certain contracts approved by the European Commission (or the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you are located in the UK) when we engage with service providers.

We have appropriate legal, organizational and technical security measures in place to prevent your Personal Data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, improperly altered or disclosed. We also limit access to your Personal Data to employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your Personal Data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected Personal Data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
